The cap is real; if it doesn't fill, the bundle is mis-scoped and we rework before paid launch.
What you get
- Installable parts of the author's externalised mind, modular. Skills, MCPs, daemons, hooks, agent briefs — Adrian's actual working stack, redacted and installable on your own Claude Code or Cursor in 30 minutes apiece. Not a curated list of best practices; not a starter kit. Pieces of an externalised mind that has already done the reimagination work, that you compose with your own practice. Versioned. Updated every two weeks. This is the central thing.
- The persistent advisor that curates which piece to install when. The Operator-tier clone with your Profile in working memory. References your actual numbers ("you scored borderline last month and over-building this week — what changed?"), tells you which next piece of the kit fits your specific failure mode, follows up across sessions. Not your clone. Adrian, in software, scoped to you.
- A 1:1 call with Adrian in your first month. 30 minutes. Talk about the closet-hours frame on your own work, which pieces of the kit to install first, what you'd want the advisor to remember about you in v2.
- Named-supporter status in episode 004 (the first episode after the launch arc). Optional. Anonymous founders welcome.
- Direct feedback channel. Your asks shape the advisor's behaviour and the kit roadmap before public Operator-tier launch.
- The Operator price locked at €29/month forever. Public pricing is reviewed for an upward move once the kit is fuller; you stay at €29 regardless. (Reader tier, if you ever step down to it, also locked at €9.)
- Lifetime memory retention. If you ever cancel and come back, your Profile and the advisor's memory of you are still there. (Public Operator tier purges memory 90 days after cancellation.)
What you are not getting
Worth saying because the question comes up: this is not a way to build your own clone. Cloning yourself well is a six-month project that needs a structured archive of your own thinking, an evaluation discipline, and a real working theory of your own cognition. Most senior operators — even paid ones — will not finish that project. We are not selling it.
What you are getting is a meaningfully reimagined version of yourself, built by composing pieces of someone else's externalised mind (Adrian's) with your own practice. Smaller-sounding promise; only one we can keep.
Why this exists
Two reasons, said honestly. (1) Validation: founding-member commitment is the cleanest signal that the Operator kit is worth €29/month at full launch. If the seats don't fill, the bundle is wrong, and that's a finding worth more than another month of guessing. (2) Funding: the first months of infrastructure (Anthropic API, Cloudflare, design) cost real money. Founders cover that.
What you are buying is a bet on a kit that is not yet finished, from an author who is publishing his own numbers as he assembles it. The voice is the proof of work. If the voice doesn't carry for you on the free tier, founding-member is not the right move.
