Who runs this site

Raising Agents is written and operated by Adrian Sanchez de la Sierra, based in Barcelona, Spain. Questions about data or privacy: [email protected].

What we collect

Your email address, if you subscribe. Handled by our email provider, beehiiv, as the data processor. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can request deletion by replying to any email or writing to [email protected].

Anonymous, aggregated page views, via Cloudflare Web Analytics (or equivalent privacy-first analytics). No cookies. No individual tracking. No profile built. No data shared with third parties.

Diagnostic answers you give to the orchestration tests — stored only in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device unless you explicitly opt in to contribute to the public distribution (which is anonymized before any server sees it).

We do not collect: IP addresses for profiling, location data, device fingerprints, cross-site tracking identifiers, or anything a marketer would find useful.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies that require consent. The analytics provider is configured to operate without cookies. Browser localStorage is used only to persist your diagnostic results locally on your own device.

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent regulations, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you (short answer: your email, if you subscribed; nothing else)
• Request a copy of that data (we will export what we have from beehiiv)
• Request deletion (unsubscribe, then we delete on request)
• Object to any processing
• File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (in Spain: AEPD)

Third parties in the loop

• beehiiv — email delivery and subscriber management. beehiiv privacy policy.

• Anthropic (from 2026-05-11 onward) — the clone chat feature sends your typed messages to the Claude API. Messages are not stored on our side beyond what is needed to respond and apply rate limiting. Anthropic privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for marketing. We do not use your data to train anyone's AI.

Clone chat privacy (from 2026-05-11)

When the clone is live, messages you send are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We log the minimum needed to rate-limit (truncated IP hash, one-day retention) and to display your conversation in your own browser (conversation history lives in your browser only, not on our server). We do not train anything on your messages. We do not share them beyond Anthropic as the processor of the Claude API call itself.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material about data handling, this page updates and the change is noted in a public changelog entry on the main site. No quiet rewrites.
