Inventory before strategy

Run org-readiness-scan-v1.sh against your real environment. Surface what is already shipping. Produce the artifact you walk into your next leadership review with.

Influence and the rule grammar

How CLAUDE.md hierarchies actually compose. The rule-conflict detector. Mapping the influence graph for a real project you own.

Week 03

Trust surfaces and reversibility

Hooks, MCP servers, agents, slash commands. What each one trusts. What each one can break. The audit script and the conversation that audit forces.

Week 04

Harness design and preservation

Build the navigation harness for one workflow you actually do. Make Claude ask, preserve, and stop where it should. Test against your own week.

Week 05

Translate it for your org

Take everything to a leadership review. Practice the talk. Anticipate the four objections that always show up. Close the cohort with the next 90-day plan.
