The walk
A canonical reading order
Seven URLs that, visited in sequence, say the whole thing.
This site has a domain that completes a sentence. raisingagents.is me. raisingagents.is hiding. raisingagents.is counting. Most people arrive and navigate on instinct. This page is the deliberate version — seven URLs in a specific order that, read together, are the whole argument.
The seven stops
Each step is a page on this site. Each URL is a sentence fragment. Reading the URLs in order tells you what the publication is.
Step 0 — begin
raisingagents.isThe home. The tagline. Both are going fine. Neither is going fine.
You are already here. Read the hero, take the diagnostic if you want, then continue.
Step 1
raisingagents.is/meRaising agents is me.
The author is named. A public profile. The live dashboard of Adrian's own metrics — hours slept, tokens burned, closet-hours tax. The failure modes he has so far catalogued.
Step 2
raisingagents.is/beforeRaising agents is before.
The Changelog of Me. Twenty years of path before this newsletter existed. Six aborted degrees. Working since fourteen. Film → eLearning → innovation → AI. The path that produced the author.
Step 3
raisingagents.is/hidingRaising agents is hiding.
Episode 001. The first confession. It is 8pm. The author is hiding from his son to Claude-code. This is not the first time. Introduces closet hours.
Step 4
raisingagents.is/cloningRaising agents is cloning.
Episode 002. What the author is building. Six weeks of paternity leave. A clone that answers "what would Adrian do" while Adrian is not available. He is telling his employer he should be automated. His employer agrees.
Step 5
raisingagents.is/listeningRaising agents is listening.
The clone goes live 11 May. From the author's side of the conversation — I clone. From yours — something listens. Chat arrives when the backend does. For now: the waitlist page.
Step 6
raisingagents.is/countingRaising agents is counting.
The public distribution of reader closet-hours tax numbers, promised in episode 001, delivered in episode 004 (15 June). The moment the newsletter becomes a shared measurement, not just one author's log.
Step 7 — back
raisingagents.isYou are home again.
The walk loops. The tagline rereads differently now. "Both are going fine. Neither is going fine." You have seen what both means. You have seen what neither means. The tagline was accurate in both directions all along.
Pages off the walk
Not every page is part of the narrative. Utility pages stay out of the walk on purpose:
- raisingagents.is/more — every episode, indexed. The library, not the story.
- raisingagents.is/working — tools I ship. The shelf, not the story.
- raisingagents.is/live — try things in the browser. The lab, not the story.
- raisingagents.is/safe — privacy policy. The door, not the story.
And a dozen shareable aliases (/both, /neither, /you, /a-mess, /stack, /yours) that rewrite to canonical pages. Pick whichever sentence lands when you share.
