Choose what gets read: project only, ~/.claude only, both, or a redacted paste bundle. We review the skip list with you.

Assay runs. Report produced.

Full report: inventory, influence map, findings, operator model, harness, and progression plan.

Confirm claims. Set rerun signal.

Model claims reviewed together. Nothing goes into your harness without confirmation. You leave with a progression plan.

01 Scope and privacy

You choose what gets read.

The assay observes locally. No raw files leave your machine by default. The redacted bundle is opt-in. You confirm the scope before the scan starts.

Your model will be different from Deprecated's. The method is the same. The findings belong to your working system.

What is always excluded

— Secrets, tokens, API keys, .env files, SSH keys, credentials hard-coded skip list

— Browser history, email, Slack, calendar, photos never in scope

— Large vendor folders, build artifacts, node_modules, dist size + pattern skip

— Anything not included in a redacted bundle opt-in only
