The premise

Deprecated had accumulated hundreds of agents, project rules, hooks, MCPs, and habits. He could feel the system shaping how Claude worked with him. He could not see it.

He began with a clone fantasy — make a copy of himself, run it overnight, come back to a finished week. What he found instead was that the working environment he had built was already a model of how he worked. It was just unstructured.

The first artifact was not a clone. It was an inventory.
